Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
1 (16oz) can Contadina Sweet and Sour Sauce with Pineapple (available at most markets)
1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes (optional for heat)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden brown with crispy skin, about 35 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.
Pour sauce into a bowl and add dried chili flakes and grated ginger. Stir well and set aside.
Drain accumulated juices from the baking sheet. Pour sauce over chicken wings, turning to coat each piece. Return to the oven and bake until sauce is heated through.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
