We’re wrapping up an incredible holiday season and welcoming a new year, a new decade, and a clean slate with healthy intentions and resolve. And… endless possibilities.
But first, we’ll celebrate the old before welcoming the new.

Long a tradition in our house, New Year’s Day is all about football, resolutions — if we didn’t make them the night before, and soup. Usually Country Style Minestrone Soup, but here are some healthy and cozy New Year’s Day soup recipes to choose from. Of course, it’s almost a requirement to have a large crusty loaf of bread too! Whether you can stay out of the leftover Christmas cookies is debatable! Happy 2020 everyone!
