Quick and Simple Stir Fry Sauce — a condiment or sauce I always keep in my refrigerator for speedy and flavorful midweek meals.
It’s tangy and lightly spicy and goes with almost any kind of meat or protein. Toss with leftover rice or noodles for a quick and easy dinner. Think fried rice, lo mein, and marinades. Or, of course, my favorite easy dish of all, So Simple Stir Fry.
Made with easy, pantry ingredients, this simple stir-fry sauce will speed up impromptu, healthy dinners.
For added heat, adjust the sriracha sauce to your spice preference. Also, know that this sauce keeps for up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve reached for it when dinner plans went awry!

I’m doing no sugars what can I add in place of brown sugar?
Hi Debbie! Honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar is great substitutes for the brown sugar in a stir-fry sauce. I often reach for maple syrup in ours.
