Who doesn’t loved a loaded baked potato? I have college memories of Wendy’s Broccoli and Cheddar Baked Potatoes that beat the cafeteria, every time.

But at some of our favorite restaurants, calories on these gems can top 600 with fat over 30 grams. That just isn’t in the gameplan for most of us.

However, a russet potato in its natural state, minus what we pile on top, has zero fat grams.
