Smoothies are a refreshing way to begin your day. And make optimal post-workout snacks.

For me, my day begins with the treadmill in the rainy season or walks on non-rainy days.

But it’s the smoothie that energizes a day of cooking, writing, testing, and recipe development.

And it’s a delicious way to begin those days!

Strawberry banana smoothies are a refreshing and healthy breakfast or healthy snack made from strawberries, banana, low-fat yogurt, and ice cubes.

While bananas and strawberries have a high level of natural sugars; their nutritional values can actually enhance your diet, providing a wide range of nutritional benefits.
