Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk (your choice)
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Notes
Blueberries:
I always have frozen blueberries in my freezer, but if you're using fresh blueberries, add 1 cup of ice cubes to the mix.
Added Nutritional Boost:
For an added nutritional boost, add the following:
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds

On the bag of frozen blueberries I bought at the grocery store it had a similar recipe on the back, I use 1 cup of frozen blueberries one banana and eyeball vanilla almond milk when I pour it into my blender and it comes out delicious every time!
I love using vanilla almond milk too! Smoothies are such a great way to begin the day!
