As we roll into October, the flavors we crave seem to change. Suddenly, we desire heartier, cozier food, always packed with flavor.
And if they can be healthy and quick, all the better.
That’s what we have in mind this week. Bringing a healthy October to the dinner table every night. As well as dinner recipes that are quick and easy for the cook. In my case… me.
30 Minute October Dinners
This week we’re welcoming October with healthy, 30-minute dinners.
Monday begins with favorite comfort food, a lightened up and spiralized Chicken Zucchini Noodle Soup that also happens to be gluten-free.
We’re then celebrating Taco Tuesday with easy chicken burrito bowls, followed by healthy Mediterranean style pork chops with tons of vegetables.
We always try to plan seafood on Thursday. This week is one of my favorite fall-flavored salmon dishes. Friday is quintessential October with healthy turkey chili.
The treat is worthy of October too. My favorite pumpkin bread recipe.
