These healthy 5 Ingredient Dinners are perfect for the week following Labor Day, and the beginning of school, maybe even work, and a new season. September often transitions the flavors we crave and is also typically a month of new schedules. These easy dinners help make that transition easier.

Healthy 5 Ingredient Dinners: What’s on the Menu
This week, minus Monday, we’re shifting into a new season with healthy 5 ingredient dinners.
You’ll find recipes requiring few items on your grocery list, but are big on flavor. They’re healthy and delicious dinners to make throughout the coming week.
Most of the recipes are quick and easy, and some may be unfamiliar. I’m looking forward to Friday’s dinner and introducing a new dish to the family.
This week’s menu features a couple of seafood dinners, an easy Mediterranean skillet dish, and pasta. The treat? Three ingredients.
