Healthy Dinners Under 30 Minutes Menu
Monday’s dinner is a simple, delicious, forward to spring kind of meal. A skillet dinner made with 5 ingredients and in about 20 minutes. It’s hard to beat that! Serve with healthy greens.
Tuesday’s dinner is a sweet, festive dinner, perfect if you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day, or even if not, it’s delicious, colorful and healthy. Add a big salad and you’re good to go!
Wednesday’s dinner is a family favorite, super simple pressure cooker dinner that’s ready in minutes. Serve in bowls or wrapped in tortillas. And if you have the time, loading it up with condiments like greens, tomatoes, and avocados makes its even more delicious. Swap for your favorite ground meat if you prefer.
Thursday’s dinner is a sweet, delicious favorite with mild white fish in a creamy tomato sauce that’s healthy and simple. Add your favorite grain and a salad.
Friday’s dinner changes up the week with a simple, reader favorite chicken satay that’s also quick and easy. It keeps well if you’re lucky enough to save leftovers. Serve with zucchini wedges and healthy greens.
