Easy September 30-Minute Dinners Meal Plan (Sept 7)

Labor Day begins the week with one last easy taste of summer, before returning to September routine meals. This week of easy, mostly 30-minute dinners makes the transition simple: from BBQ Chicken Skewers for the holiday (with leftovers that can do double duty), quick ground beef and salmon dinners, and a cozy zucchini and tomato skillet mac and cheese for Friday. And for something sweet, that's a perfect welcome to September.
