High Protein Mediterranean Diet Dinners Meal Plan (Aug 31)

As August turns toward September, I'm planning a week of easy, protein-rich dinners with plenty of fresh Mediterranean-inspired flavor. This is the kind of menu I especially appreciate during a busy transition week: a meatless dinner to start, simple chicken and fish dinners through the middle of the week, and Greek Turkey Burgers as we head into Labor Day weekend. And for something sweet, there's an easy berry-and-yogurt treat to enjoy along the way.

Not at all. Move the meals around to fit your schedule, and save the quickest dinner for your busiest night.

What if I don't like one of the recipes?

Simply swap it for another family favorite, or choose a recipe from one of our other weekly meal plans. Think of the menu as a flexible starting point for the week.
