Healthy French Recipe Dinners Menu
Monday’s dinner is a twist on classic Quiche Lorraine. We’ve removed the crust, making it healthier and lower carb. The added bacon is optional (but I must say, it’s delicious!). Add a side salad for a simple and delicious evening meal.
Tuesday’s dinner is a classic made simpler for weeknight dining. Essentially, it’s a French seafood stew you’re likely familiar with. This recipe is ready in under 30 minutes. Add a summer salad and enjoy the meal!
Wednesday’s dinner is one of my favorites as it features my all-time favorite herb, tarragon. Which you will also find in our fricasse recipe. Serve with your favorite grain or mashed potatoes and green beans for a delicious mid-week meal.
Thursday’s dinner is a dish I’ve enjoyed at a hotel in Nice. It is to this day one of my favorite food memories. A healthy, fork-tender French provincial recipe made in 25 minutes.
Friday’s dinner is a twist on classic ratatouille. An easy version, made on a sheet pan, and delicious. I’m serving it over polenta (which is technically Italian) but I love the combination.
Treat: This week’s treat is two fold. If you love croisants, I have an easy recipe for you. If lemon curd is more appealling, I have a recipe for you too!
Have a beautiful and delicious French-inspired week!

Monday: Crustless Quiche with Spinach
This Crustless Quiche with spinach and bacon is easy, delicious, and simple. It is made healthier and low-carb without a crust. The bacon is, of course, optional but does deliver deliciousness! Serve with salad greens on the side.
Tuesday: Easy Bouillabaisse (French Fish Stew)
"An Easy Bouillabaisse recipe that you can make at home. This French fish stew is loaded with fresh seafood and flavorful broth. The perfect soup to make on any weeknight dinner or special occasion!"
Wednesday: Tarragon Chicken
"This creamy sauce is a classic with chicken--and while tarragon is the traditional herb, thyme or rosemary would also work beautifully. Serve with sauteed string beans and wild rice."
Thursday: Provencal Fish Fillets
"These fork-tender fish fillets reflect the cooking style of the Provence region of France. Dishes from the area often include olive oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and olives--and you'll find all of those in this 25-minute entree."
Easy Sheet Pan Ratatouille
Sheet-pan ratatouille is a delicious and easy way to cook your favorite vegetables. It is a caramelized, tender, and delicious Mediterranean dish. For a more classic dish, you may want to try our Provencial Ratatouille recipe.
Treat: Easy Petit Pain au Chocolat (Chocolate Croissants)
If you love Pain au Chocolat, otherwise known as Chocolate Croissants, you will be over the moon with this easy, I mean incredibly easy adaptation on the traditional French Pain au Chocolat.
Treat: Simple Lemon Curd Tart Recipe
This French Lemon Curd Tart is inspired by Tarte au Citron, or French Lemon Tart. It's a creamy, slightly tangy lemon custard filling baked in a crisp, buttery shortbread crust. It's incredibly simple to make, and utterly delicious!
