On Monday, we’re making a delicious Spanish Vegan Paella that I’ve been salivating over for a couple of months. Why it took me so long to put on the menu is beyond me!
For Tuesday, is all about a one-pot skillet dinner that’s minutes in the making.
Wednesday’s dinner has been a favorite at my house since local peaches and nectarines first showed up in my market. It’s a delicious and simple dinner, perfect for warm days.
Thursday is another super quick, healthy seafood dinner that’s also minutes in the making.
On Friday, we’re celebrating with a Greek grill party. It’s my family’s favorite food… ever. Don’t skip the Tzatziki Sauce!
Have a wonderful week!
