Here’s what we’re cooking this week.
November 15 Minute Dinners
Monday’s dinner is a super flavorful, plant-based curry, perfect for a Meatless Monday, and the start of a new week.
We’re celebrating a Taco Tuesday, of sorts, with a simple 15-minute tostada. Top with all your favorite goodies. I’m loading up on avocado!
Wednesday night’s dinner is a classic sheet pan, a healthy dinner that’s ready in 15 minutes.
On Thursday, we’re bringing out the sheet pan again for a herb encrusted baked fish. Add your favorite sauteed greens.
Friday’s dinner is a 15-minute slider, perfect for Friday night fun — whether you’re out to a game or settling in for a game night at home.
It’s a fun night, so add your favorite party food. Maybe 5 Minute Fall Crack (aka Fall Snack Chex Mix)?
