Festive and fun, they take all of 2 minutes, maybe, to whip up.
It’s simply yogurt, a whipped cream, and berries on the top. That’s it!
And it’s… really yummy!
Here are the options for the quickest, most festive little desserts you’ll make all summer long.
First, you can whip your own sweetened heavy cream… or you can use store-bought whipped cream, like Cool Whip.
Secondly, the yogurt. You can use plain yogurt, drizzled with a bit of honey to taste… or you can buy blueberry and strawberry yogurt for each mousse. Choosing greek or plain, light or whole… it’s your choice.
The recipe serves eight, 1/2 cup servings. But often with my guys, I make it into four, 1-cup servings.
Give yourself a break this holiday season with this incredibly easy, light, summery mousse.

Ingredients
1–1/2 cup whipped topping
4 ounces strawberry yogurt (light) for the strawberry mousse
4 ounces blueberry yogurt (light) for the blueberry mousse

1–2 cups sliced strawberries
1–2 cups blueberries
