A heatwave is heading to my area and I’m already looking for ways to turn off the oven. But we have to eat, so it’s summer slow cooker dinners to the rescue.
Or Instant Pot dinners, grilling, picnics, and salads that I’m thinking about.
This week we’ve gathered healthy summer slow cooker dinners all week long. Plus, a freezer treat. It doesn’t get better than that.
calls for a simple pressure cooker rotisserie chicken made in 28 minutes. Which will be made into three dinners. If you don’t have an Instant Pot, consider picking up a larger rotisserie chicken at your market. I love Costco — the price is right, and they serve a lot of people.
