Cozy December Dinners Menu
The week before the holidays begin can be challenging when it comes to regular meals. Often it’s the last week of school, schedules are hectic to say the least, and often we’re prepping for the holiday meal too.
So here are some fun and delicious ideas to make simple but special and flavorful meals this week.
Monday’s dinner is a hearty but classic soup. I love to serve it in hollowed out small bread bowls. But, it’s also delicious simply ladled into large soup bowls!
We’re taking Taco Tuesday up a notch with this incredible but super simple White Chicken Chili inspired taco. Serve with all the Mexican condiments you love. I’m definitely adding this 5 Minute Refried Bean Dip Recipe.
For Wednesday, we’re utilizing a hectic week’s best kitchen friend, the slow cooker. This Asian-inspired wrap is perfect for mid-week and full of delicious flavor.
Thursdays are always seafood night, and this week we’re making a sheet pan maple roasted salmon with healthy vegetables.
And on Friday, we’re making an incredibly delicious, maybe even decadent pasta dish with sausage and kale in a creamy sauce. Oh my!
The treat this week is a Christmas classic and fun to make with your crew.
Have a great week before Christmas!
