An easy side dish, Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric and Cumin is one of my go-to side dish recipes for quick-fix dinners — and delicious taste. All year long.
Roasting cauliflower brings such a beautiful, almost nutty flavor to the veggie. It’s incredibly easy, yet delivers so much for the effort.
Cauliflower is an excellent nutrient source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6 and a good source of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, manganese, phosphorus, and biotin.

Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric and Cumin
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
head of cauliflower, separated into florets
salt and freshly cracked pepper
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Whisk together in a bowl oil, turmeric, and cumin.
Place cauliflower on a baking sheet or dish and toss with oil and seasoning. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
