Mid-summer deserves easy summer 5 Ingredient Dinners. They’re simple, healthy, and summery. Grocery shopping and cooking will be easy this week!
Schedules seem to ramp up in mid-August. From back-to-school shopping to end-of-summer travel, dinners can get hectic.
This week, dinners are easy, and family favorites. Giving you plenty of time for summer fun.
Here’s what we’re cooking for dinner.
Summer 5 Ingredient Dinners
With mid-August comes delicious, fresh from the vine produce that we’re taking advantage of this week. Add them anywhere and everywhere. From salads to sauces, toppings, and more. Be creative and use the freshest, yummiest ingredients you can find.
For Monday, we’re making a sweet potato veggie burger that looks outstanding. Simple ingredients you likely have on hand. Cook the sweet potato in a pressure cooker ahead of time to speed up dinner.
Tuesday’s dinner is a perennial favorite at my house. These chicken tacos use rotisserie chicken and a bunch of veggies. And guacamole is almost a requirement!
For mid-week Wednesday, we’re cooking a 5 ingredient Lemon Pepper Chicken I’m already thinking about.
Thursday’s seafood dinner is a marinated grilled salmon with vegetable sides I’m grilling in foil packets. This might be a great time to try our new Grilled Sweet Corn on the Cob foil packets.
Friday’s a pasta night with incredible flavor and everyone’s favorite ingredient — bacon. I may be swapping the asparagus for fresh zucchini or summer squash.
The treat is so easy and has been a reader favorite this summer. It’s 3 ingredients, no-bake… and chocolaty! Absolutely yum.
