Healthy 15 Minute Dinners
Weekly Dinner Meal Plan: September 10 – 14
A 5 night, Weekly Dinner Meal Plan that’s easy, seasonal, and healthy. Plus, a weekly treat you won’t want to miss.
As we look at the second week of September, and the start of tailgating and game day foods, schedules are still adjusting.
I challenged myself, this week, to come up with 5 weeknight dinners that could be made in 15 minutes or less.
And that were healthy and seasonal.
It was easier than you might think.
I’m looking forward to easy, quick, and healthy dinners.
It’s what for dinner this week!
Have a great week!

Thursday: Salmon with Potatoes and Horseradish Sauce
“You’ll be surprised at the sophistication of this 5-ingredient dish, which is easy, elegant, and beautiful. You can honestly never go wrong when you start with salmon and a sour cream sauce, especially if that sauce is flavored with dill and horseradish. Fill out the plate and complete the meal with a side of steamed asparagus or haricots verts (slender French green beans), or barely wilted spinach or Swiss chard.”
Friday: 15 Minute Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Because it’s Friday night… and the beginning of game day weekends, we’re celebrating with these Easy 15 Minute Buffalo Chicken Sliders. “Sliders are the perfect party food. What’s even better is when they take practically no time to make but look and taste mega gourmet. Oh, hi, 15-minute buffalo chicken slid

Weekly Treat: Easy and Healthy Breakfast Granola
Homemade Granola is not only a wonderful and healthy choice for breakfast but also for those last-minute and on-the-go snacks at work, school, … even those 3:00 in the afternoon cravings. This recipe is full of fruit and fiber, bound together with pure maple syrup and one of my favorite recipes I like to keep on hand. Will be perfect this week!
