A 5 night, Weekly Dinner Meal Plan that’s easy, seasonal, and healthy. Plus, a weekly treat you won’t want to miss.

This week’s dinner ideas are winter perfect, low carb, comfort food. Packed with healthy veggies. It’s bowl food at its best.

It might be risky, the week before Christmas, to limit carbs.

Here’s my rationale.

The week is incredibly busy. With last minute shopping, school and church programs, get-togethers, coffee catchups.

And then there’s the baking. Lots of carbs there. I’m running through our Holiday loaves post and making gifts. And I must say, those carbs are incredibly delicious!

Meals this week must be healthy to fuel on that activity. BuzzFeed recently posted 22 Keto Friendly Comfort Food recipes– if you’re looking for more ideas.

The treat this week? It’s NOT low carb. BUT, it’s easy. Like in 5 minutes. Sounds about right this week!
