Monday is a preview of Thanksgiving flavors to come. This 30 minute or less Pumpkin Curry Soup is a favorite, easy and delicious fall soup.

Tuesday is equally easy with a gingery chicken stir-fry dinner that will remind you of a takeout favorite.

On Wednesday, we’re lightening up a comfort food favorite of Smothered Pork Chops, swapping out a few ingredients to make it healthy. Thursday is an easy Salmon dinner served over sauteed kale.

We’re celebrating Friday with a quick Instant Pot Ground Turkey chili recipe that seems perfect for November.

The treat is a favorite pumpkin bread recipe. Consider making a double batch and freezing one for a make-ahead holiday treat.
