Mediterranean Diet Foods

As a reminder, the Mediterranean Diet is one of the healthiest and easiest ways to nourish you and your family. The “plan” isn’t restrictive, focusing instead on what you can do instead of what you can’t.

It’s a holistic lifestyle of beautiful food, fresh flavors, and a joy of living. Focusing on connecting with family and friends, relaxing in their company, and sharing life’s best moments.

It sounds a lot like Thanksgiving, which is why I thought it a perfect way to prepare for feast week.

Let’s take a look at this week’s menu!

November Mediterranean Diet Dinners Menu

Monday’s dinner is a hearty and filling bean soup with rich, fragrant flavors that are made in one pot. Serve with whole grain pitas or bread and a salad.

Tuesday’s dinner is a skillet barley recipe with roasted vegetables that’s also packed with Mediterranean flavors. Barley is “high in fiber, especially beta-glucan, which may reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels.”

Wednesday’s dinner is a skillet dish I’ve been thinking about for a week! Serve this chicken recipe over pasta or your favorite grain.

Thursday’s dinner reminds me of a chilly weather inspired ratatouille, with seafood. It’s ready in about 30 minutes and packed with Mediterranean flavors.

Friday’s dinner is a favorite Greek chicken skillet dish made with veggies and orzo pasta—a cozy November evening meal.

The Treat is naturally sweetened and super delicious. If you want to enjoy a scoop of ice cream with this tender and delicious cake, I won’t judge!
