Cooking healthy weeknight dinners doesn’t have to take all day or even require a lot of ingredients. We’ve chosen fall comfort food dinners this week with 5 ingredients or less.

Which will give us time to do other things… like plan Thanksgiving dinner and maybe even think about Christmas?

Are you ready for that yet? I’m guessing half of you said, “let’s go,” and the other took a deep breath!

Here’s what we have on the menu board this week.

5 Ingredient Fall Dinners

These 5 Ingredient Fall Dinners all have 5 ingredients or less, plus pantry staples like olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Monday is a delicious vegetarian pasta that’s gorgeous and super easy and is made in under 30 minutes. Tuesday is a fall classic White Chicken Chili shaved down to 5 ingredients.

For Wednesday, we’re cooking a Honey Balsamic Chicken with a sauce that only requires 3 ingredients. And Thursday is a Caramelized Salmon recipe that is incredibly delicious! 

The treat this week is super fall-inspired. A baked pear using only 4 ingredients.
