Cutting back grocery shopping is always a good thing! These healthy dinner recipes have 5 ingredients or less (not counting salt, black pepper, nonstick cooking spray, and oil because I’m sure you have that on hand).
It’s a minimal prep week designed to keep dinners simple at an active time of year! Here’s what we have on the menu:
Healthy 5 Ingredient Dinners in 30 Minutes Menu
Monday’s dinner will make you think it’s Friday… on a Monday. A delicious, meatless pasta dish with a simple but fresh tomato sauce. Add ground meat if that works better for your family. And as always, add a large seasonal salad.
Tuesday’s dinner is a 5 ingredient pork dish, served in a bowl over your favorite grain. Simple and utterly delicious!
Wednesday’s dinner is a skillet chicken breast meal loaded with healthy mushrooms. Serve over whole grain pasta, mashed potatoes, riced cauliflower, broccoli, or your favorite grain. I love how versatile this meal is.
Thursday’s dinner is a summer-inspired salmon dinner with a corn relish perfect for the season. Add a large salad and you’re good to go!
Friday’s dinner is perfect for the sandwich lovers in your household. Grilled paninis will have my guys running to the kitchen faster than I can blink! These are super easy to make and customize with your favorite fillings. Fun Friday food.
Treat: Often, I will link a treat, treat. Like in a dessert kind of treat. This week, we’re keeping things quick and easy, and healthy. These fruit skewers are a delightful way to mark the season. And again, easy to customize with your favorite fruit.
