Weeknight Dinner Plan: It’s June Sheet Pan Dinners week. And everything on this week’s menu is simple, packed with flavor, and takes 30 minutes or less to make.
We began the month with one-pot dinners, and this week we’re making dinner, all week, on sheet pans.
I love sheet pan dinners for easy cleanup, reduced ingredients, and simple baking.
And this week’s dinners will take 30 minutes or less to make.
Kind of perfect for June.
June Sheet Pan Dinners
They say the healthiest “diet” is one where you “eat the rainbow.” We are kicking this week off in a healthy manner by “eating the rainbow” with a chicken and rainbow vegetable sheet pan dinner.

Tuesday we shift gears and make the easiest Asian takeout favorite ever. Simply add your favorite grain to round out the meal.
On Wednesday, we’re making a classic family favorite with sausages and vegetables. I love this meal for its simplicity. Get the family to help with this one!
For Thursday, we’re making a delicious Szechuan Salmon that’s simple and easy. The scallion green beans are calling my name!
As summer kicks into gear, we’re thinking all things BBQ, even if it’s in the oven. Friday is a gateway to the weekend so we’re celebrating with a BBQ pork chop dinner.
And one more time, we’ll get out the sheet pan for the treat. Cookies are my favorite sheet pan dessert recipe!
