Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make these muffins ahead?

While they taste best when they’re fresh, they will keep at least until the next day in an air tight container. You could also try freezing them.

Can you use any other fruit in these bran muffins?

Sliced plums would also work well and would taste delicious paired with the cinnamon. I also have a recipe for Banana Bran Muffins, if that sounds more like your style.
