June Healthy 30 Minute Dinners

We’re welcoming summer and making the most out of June’s lingering in-season veggies and fruits with easy dinners to keep this busy week’s meals simple!

  • On Monday, we’re keeping the meal plant-based with a delicious and simple 30-minute stir fry served over quick sesame noodles.
  • For Tuesday, a dinner salad packed with summer flavors and tender, juicy chicken will satisfy everyone. Don’t skip the delicious dressing!
  • Wednesday’s dinner is a high-protein ground beef bowl with tons of flavor that’s ready in 30 minutes. Serve over rice or your favorite grain.
  • Thursday’s meal features quick and easy seafood tacos with all the condiments for a perfect summer meal!
  • For Friday, we’re making a delicious pesto chicken, and hoping for weekend leftovers (think wraps, quick salads, pasta, and more). Serve with roasted veggies, your favorite grain, quinoa, or a summer pasta salad!
