As summer comes to an honorary close, our tastes begin to shift toward early Autumn flavors.

This week… it’s full-on summer flavors, grilling, and fun food meant to celebrate and say goodbye to a season.
These weeknight dinners have something for everyone. From burgers to tacos, family pasta to low-carb quiche, and a sheet pan salmon on Friday.
We’re easing into early autumn with two treats; a super easy Peach Galette and a more autumn Fudgy Skillet Cookie with Maple Glaze.

Next week’s weather forecasts in my neck of the woods predict hot summer days, all week long. If warm days are ahead for you, take time to savor the last of summer days!
Make lemonade, sit in the shade, and read a book… even for a few minutes.
Feel the sun on your face, exercise, and eat healthy for all meals. Build that immunity for the cooler days to come.
And in the midst of that… start thinking about all things pumpkin and maple and apples and cozy… and fall-ish.
