Wednesday’s dinner is a multi-cooker meal with Mediterranean ingredients and flavors. Another quick and simple dinner all made in one pot I love dinners like this! Add a large green salad and any condiments you like for Greek Chicken.

Thursday’s dinner is another one pot meal with pasta, ground meat, and plenty of veggies. This is a reader favorite recipe and one I love for simple weeknight dinners. Adapt the ground meat and vegetables to your preferences.
