Why Spring Sheet Pan Dinners Are Perfect for Weeknight Meals
Here are a few reasons I love sheet pan dinners for weeknight meals:
- Prep time is minimal
- Easy meal on a tray (essentially a one-pot dinner) that most often requires no additional sides.
- Delicious flavors are created when ingredients bake together, and their juices mingle.
- Cleanup is a breeze with one sheet pan!
- Perfect for leftover meat and produce you have on hand.
Spring Sheet Pan Dinners in 30 Minutes Meal Plan Menu
Monday’s dinner takes us to the tropics with a Hawaiian-inspired meal with chicken and veggies. Add rice or grain if needed, and a large salad would be a great idea!
Tuesday’s dinner brings Asian-inspired flavors with a simple sheet-pan seafood dinner ready in about 15 minutes. We’re looking at two seafood servings this week. Serve this meal with roasted veggies like butternut squash, broccoli, or steamed bok choy and your favorite grain or roasted potato.
Wednesday’s dinner is all about Southwestern flavors. It’s a classic meal made easy on a sheet pan. Add your favorite tortilla, and dinner is ready!
Thursday’s dinner is another seafood meal with Hawaiian flavors (I must be dreaming of Hawaiian vacations this week 🌺). The entire meal, including the rice, is baked on a sheet pan. Delicious and simple for Thursday!
Friday’s dinner is pizza night. It’s healthy, simple, and made from scratch!
The Treat will also bring you flavors of the tropics. I can’t help myself this week—bring on the sunshine.
Have a beautiful, healthy & delicious week!

"These Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are a quick and easy way to enjoy your Tex Mex favourite. Everything’s made on one pan in just 30 minutes!"
Thursday: Sheet-Pan Shrimp, Pineapple & Peppers with Rice
"This incredibly easy seafood dinner uses fresh pineapple and a teriyaki-style sauce a sweet-and-tangy flavor profile. The pineapple also concentrates as it bakes and helps keep the rice mixture from becoming too dry. Rather than spreading the rice to the far edges of the sheet pan, keep it closer to the center and layer the vegetables and shrimp on top. This way their juices seep right into the rice, and the teriyaki drizzle coats every bite."
Sheet Pan Pizza
"This homemade sheet pan pizza recipe is so quick and easy to make, and is perfect for a Friday night in... everyone will love this family favorite deep dish style pizza recipe."
