Easy 25 Minute Dinners Week
Weekly Dinner Meal Plan: August 27 – 31
A 5 night, Weekly Dinner Meal Plan that’s easy, seasonal, and healthy. Plus, a weekly treat you won’t want to miss.
It’s a week to celebrate the last vestige of August before beginning that ever-so-exciting month of September.
You may think I’m crazy, but I love September. It’s the beginning of a whole new year (kind of). At least if you have kids in school. But fall always feels like a new beginning.
But we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer.
This week’s dinners celebrate summer in a big way. With fresh, summery flavors and ingredients.
And they’re all, save one, ready in 25 minutes.
It’s a busy week — 25 minutes sounds amazing.
Oh… I mentioned, “save one.”
Friday’s dinner is a slow cooker delight that preps in minutes, and is one of my favorite meals on earth. So– it qualifies!
And as always, this week’s meal ideas are fresh, seasonal, and healthy.
It’s what for dinner this week!
Have a great week!

Tuesday: Skillet Pork Chops with Peaches and Balsamic Honey Sauce
“These Skillet Pork Chops and Peaches with Balsamic Honey Sauce are like a taste of summer with every bite. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Sweet and savory at the same time. And oh-so-incredibly good!” Serve with a simple green salad and we always like roasted potatoes.

One of my favorite meals on earth! It makes about 5 wrap, and is freezer friendly! A slow cooker dream — it will cook on HIGH for 3-5 hours or on LOW 6-8 hours. I can’t wait until Friday!

Weekly Treat: Healthy Peanut Butter Granola Bars with Chocolate Chips
Our treat this is week is this healthy, energy boosting, chewy and soft homemade granola bar that’s so much better than it’s store-bought cousin. And I’m making them in batches for now — and freezer for later.
