Thanksgiving Week 30 Minute Dinners Menu

Monday’s dinner is a 20-minute vegetarian skillet dish with pasta, mushrooms, and spinach. I’ve been craving mushrooms lately (although I must admit I crave them all year!). Serve with salad.

Tuesday’s dinner is another easy skillet dinner that’s always a favorite. Filled with sausage, potatoes, and vegetables (any you have in the fridge), and dinner is on the table in no time.

Wednesday’s dinner is always a crowd favorite if you’re feeding guests this week. Familiar comfort food flavors that are always a favorite. Add a salad and whole-grain bread.

Thursday’s dinner is feast day! Have fun, make memories, and don’t worry too much about the diet!

Friday’s dinner is all about Thanksgiving leftovers. At some point in the weekend, I will make leftover turkey vegetable noodles. And, of course, that turkey sandwich on sourdough bread. Yum!

The Treat is about pumpkin and cream cheese!
