Thanksgiving Week Dinners Menu
Monday’s dinner is a delicious seafood 20-minute skillet dinner to begin the week on a healthy note. Add your favorite grains, vegetables and a salad. Remember, clean out the fridge!
Tuesday’s dinner is another easy skillet dinner that’s always a favorite. Filled with sausage, potatoes, and vegetables (any you have in the fridge), and dinner is on the table in no time.
Wednesday’s dinner is always a crowd favorite in case you’re feeding guests this week. Familiar comfort food flavors that are always a favorite. Add a salad and whole-grain bread.
Thursday’s dinner is feast day! Have fun, make memories, and don’t worry too much about the diet!
Friday’s dinner is all about Thanksgiving leftovers. For me, at some point in the weekend, I will be making Leftover Turkey Vegetable Noodle Soup. And, of course, that turkey sandwich on sourdough bread. Yum!
