Easy June Healthy Dinners Menu

Monday’s dinner is a quick and healthy chopped salad with Thai flavors, a gingery dressing, and ingredients that are easy to customize for the season!

Tuesday’s dinner is a breakfast-for-dinner skillet meal with Tex-Mex flavors. Serve with whole-grain tortillas and condiments like fresh salsa or guacamole. By the way, if you love Mexican-inspired hearty breakfasts, we always love Easy Huevos Rancheros.

Wednesday’s dinner is a newly published sheet pan favorite: crispy seasoned chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, all tossed with Caesar salad. It’s fresh, delicious, and perfect for late spring and early summer. It’s a one-pan sheet pan dinner. Make extra chicken for Friday’s dinner!

Thursday’s dinner is a classic favorite on the blog. It’s a one-pot pasta dish you can make your own by substituting your favorite ground meat and seasonal veggies!

Friday’s dinner is a 15-minute quick dinner salad (and the reason you made extra chicken on Wednesday. Add all your favorite condiments and enjoy a quick and simple meal!
