August One Pan Dinners Menu
Monday’s dinner is a healthy vegetarian meal made in one skillet and packed with Tex-Mex flavor. Essentially, it’s taco night in one pan with all the taco condiments we love and ready in about 30 minutes!
Tuesday’s dinner is a long-time reader favorite. And it’s ready in 15 minutes with simple ingredients, Serve with steamed rice and a green salad with all the fresh August produce.
Wednesday’s dinner is a skillet meal with delicious Asian-inspired flavors. It’s made with ground pork and bok choy, one of my all-time favorite greens. It’s simple to make with regular pasta, ramen noodles, or rice noodles. Serve with a salad.
Thursday’s dinner is a favorite one-pan meal that’s easy to make with your favorite seafood and in-season vegetables. This week, I’ll be using cod, zucchini, yellow summer squash, spinach, and thin slices of Japanese eggplant.
Friday’s dinner is a bit of a splurge, but it’s mid-August, summer is passing quickly… and it’s Friday!
Treat: This week’s treat is made in a skillet and filled with August flavors. We’ll definitely be adding the vanilla ice cream!
