December 20 Minute Dinners Meal Plan (Dec 2)

Monday’s dinner is an easy skillet classic. Packed with flavor and color, this simple gnocchi feels festive, is simple to make, and is utterly satisfying! Serve with fresh greens.

Tuesday’s dinner is a quick take on a delicious dish I crave, especially in the winter. This Vietnamese-inspired dish uses zucchini instead of rice noodles (although you could always substitute rice noodles if you prefer). It’s easy, packed with flavor, and ready in no time!

Wednesday’s dinner combines a favorite game-day dip with whole grain pasta and delicious and juicy chicken, all tossed with a creamy sauce that remains healthy. Happy sigh! Add salad greens.

Thursday’s dinner is a simple baked cod recipe. I’ll add a side salad and couscous tossed with olive oil and zucchini.

Friday’s dinner is pizza night. We’re making a simple but oh-so-yummy BBQ chicken pizza. If you happen to have leftover turkey (that you conveniently froze from last Thursday), you can sub that if you wish. Add a salad, and know that dinner will be delicious and easy!

The Treat is 5 minutes, festive, and yummy!

Have a beautiful and delicious week!
