Fourth of July Recipe Ideas

It’s hard to imagine that the 4th of July is days away! What a fun hallmark of summer. I hope you have big plans and delicious food on the horizon. In case you’re looking for more ideas, here are some of our most popular Independence Day posts.

Healthy Skillet Dinners Menu

Monday’s dinner is a scrumptious chicken cutlets skillet recipe cooked in a cream sauce—one pan, easy cleanup, delicious, and easy. I’m looking forward to this one!

Tuesday’s dinner is a simple family favorite with easy ingredients. Served straight from the skillet with all the fresh condiments you can think of. Go heavy on the veggies with this quick yet hearty meal. While I’m using ground beef, feel free to substitute your favorite, like ground chicken or turkey.

Wednesday’s dinner is a quick and easy skillet salmon dish. The ingredients are few, and the cooking time is about 15 minutes, which is great news as some of us will be prepping for tomorrow’s holiday. Serve with greens and your favorite grain, like rice or couscous (or maybe Mediterranean Farro Salad with Orzo!).

Thursday’s dinner is a day of grilling and feasting. It’s the 4th of July, so whether your tradition is grilling steaks, BBQ chicken, hotdogs, or veggies… there is a lot of recipe idea inspiration in the post linked in the menu. Have a fun and safe holiday!

Friday’s dinner is a quick and easy skillet pizza. So… if you happen to have leftover BBQ chicken, all the better! Add a salad (and any leftovers from yesterday).
