As we welcome a new month and season, these March recipes are some of my favorites shared during this month over the past nine years. From spring weeknight dinner ideas to side dishes, sheet pan meals, and sweet desserts, you won’t want to miss—plus delicious breakfast recipes, too!
March will usher in the beginning of spring, a season filled with our favorite ingredients like asparagus, peas, and lemon. While we long for sunny, warm, and longer days, some can still be downright chilly!
Breakfast? Brunch season has arrived, and these breakfast dishes with eggs, spinach, and cabbage are delicious ways to celebrate. And when you need a quick and healthy morning meal, egg bites with spring vegetables are on the menu.
Let’s not forget about spring desserts. Citrus favorites like an easy Lemon Drizzle immediately come to mind. And I can’t let the month pass without carrot cake, a spring layer cake that’s easy and decidedly perfect for the season.
