Thursday’s dinner is a quick and easy chicken casserole recipe made in a skillet in 30 minutes. Packed with good-for-you ingredients like broccoli and red pepper. It’s also a great meal to make with leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.

Friday’s dinner is an easy but beautiful classic French dish with delicious flavors. It’s a one pot recipe that’s a bit different than the others this week. The “pot” is actually a parchment packet.
