When the snow begins to fall, my first thought is… “What cookies can I make?”

And for me, that might be Scottish Shortbread in my snowflake mold.

But hot cocoa will always be ready for all the sledders in the family (or ginger tea for this girl), and soup simmering on the stove, slow cooker, or a quick-fix Instant Pot soup.
